Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- New and intact
- Not torn or cracked
- Show no signs of being washed or used
Exceptions
Misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 4 weeks of purchase. OnePlus reserves the right to retake possession of all returned products.
Gift Cards and Discounts
Products purchased using a gift card or discount code can also be returned. However, the refund will be applied to the original payment method.
